Jesse Bornstein Architecture and Green on 19 Townhomes will be participating in the fifth annual 2008 Alt Build Expo, an alternative materials and design exposition presented by the City of Santa Monica. On Tuesday March 25th, Jesse Bornstein will be participating in a panel discussion regarding green real estate developments. Through its work in integrating all of the eco-friendly features at the Green on 19 Townhomes, Jesse Bornstein Architecture has been qualified an Energy Star Partner by the Environmental Protection Agency. This qualification allows the firm to design and build Energy Star Qualified New Homes, homes that are an average of 20-30% more efficient than their conventionally-built counterparts.
